Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, how Tensora uses them, and how you can manage your preferences at any time.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you've previously accepted a consent notice — so that you don't have to re-enter it every time.

Cookies do not contain personal information by themselves, but when combined with other information, they may be used to identify you as a site visitor. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Cookie Types We Use

Essential Cookies — Always Active

These cookies are required for the website to function correctly and cannot be disabled. They include session management and security tokens. No personal data is stored beyond what is needed for basic operation.

Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and anonymised. We use this to improve course content and site structure. Example service: Google Analytics.

Marketing Cookies

Allow us and our partners to show relevant content to visitors based on browsing interests. These may track visits across different websites. If disabled, you may still see advertising, but it will not be tailored to your interests.

Preference Cookies

Remember your settings and personalisation choices — for example, your preferred language or region — so you don't need to re-select them each time you visit.

Third-Party Cookies

Some features on this site may load content or scripts from third-party services that set their own cookies. These may include:

  • Google Analytics — usage statistics (analytics category)
  • Google Maps — embedded maps (functional / essential)
  • Social media platforms — if sharing buttons are displayed (marketing category)

Third-party cookies are governed by each provider's own privacy and cookie policy. We recommend reviewing those policies if you have questions about third-party data practices.

Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period. Our consent preference cookie, for example, is stored for 12 months so you are not shown the notice on every visit.

Your Cookie Preferences

You can review and adjust your cookie settings below. Changes take effect immediately and are saved in your browser. Your essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to work.

You can also control cookies directly through your browser. Below are guides for the most common browsers. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Mobile Browsers

On mobile devices, cookie settings are typically found in the browser app's settings or in your device's main settings under the relevant browser. Look for a "Privacy" or "Security" section. The exact path varies by device and browser version.

Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Doing so will not affect data collected while your consent was in place.

Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the site or accessing course materials, though some personalised features may not work as intended.
